Permanent Jewellery – Terms & Conditions
Permanent jewellery is not indestructible and can break or become damaged through everyday wear, pulling or snagging. A complimentary re-weld is offered within four weeks of your original appointment. After this period, a re-weld fee applies. We cannot accept responsibility for lost chains.All reported faults will be assessed before a resolution is offered. Breakage alone does not automatically qualify for a refund. Any remedies for faulty jewellery will be provided in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
